13. Sometimes you need to ask yourself how can I make other group members feel
better about themselves.
14. Do not avoid conflict until it is too late to be resolved.

16. You are in 2zero7 to make a positive difference in yourselves as well as get a grade.
17. Meet as often as possible for as long as possible.
18. Each group member is important; each has the opportunity and the obligation to make
