    Preview the questions you will ask and answer in this presentation, and the the three
    answers to your question.

MAIN POINT-STRUCTURE

1. Each essay and  presentation will ask and answer three central question, this will help keep the
    presentations "lean and mean"


I.  What are the key theoretical of conceptual concepts that can be used to illuminate the nature of the case?

    2. Each presentation will utilize slides which carry the structure of the presentation to
   to the audience.

                    One slide will include the central question which is being asked in the
                    presentation. This is usually a "what,", "why," of "how" question.

MAIN POINT DEVELOPMENT

1. All content and substance of the ESSAY must be integrated into the NOTES view of the
    PowerPoint graphic.  You must be able to give a stranger a paper copy of your presentation and
     it must be understandable to a naive audience.  Failure  to furnish context and
     content for each graphic will result in a 25 point penalty.

2.  Each presentation will contain at least THREE 15-20 word quotations from authority from
     independent research.  The quotations from authority must be from sources other than
     the textbook   It is required and expected that you will do signification reading beyond
     the case study itself.

3. Each presentation will contain at least one "chunk" in which the speaker's personal
    perspective  is integrated into the presentation.  This can be accomplished through
    self-disclosure, a personal story or narrative, personal examples, or using "I think,
    I feel, I remember."

PRESENTATION STYLE

1.  Each presentation will contain at least 10 images (not clip art).

2. Each presentation will use at three example of word art to emphasize key ideas
    or concepts in the presentation.

3. Each presentation will use at least one video clip (e.g. youtube, googlevideo) to develop
   and dramatize one of the key concepts in your presentation.

1. Each presentation will summarize the three major ideas contained in the presentation.

2.After summarizing each presentation will spotlight "If you can remember only one thing
   from this presentation it should be____________.

   presentation, in order to enhance the chances of ending with "a bang rather than a
   whimper."
